THE BEST DOCTORAL DISSERTATION - since 2016, the Polish Food Technologists’ Society has been organizing a competition for the best doctoral dissertation in the field of food science (e.g. Food Technology, Food Quality and Safety, Commodity Science, Food Biotechnology). The competition is open to doctoral dissertations related to the production, retention, storage and testing of food quality, whose authors are young scientists (up to 35 years old), working in the field of food science, and are the members of Society at least a year before the defense of the doctoral thesis. The evaluation is providing by the Jury appointed by the Main Board of Society.
